He further said “ Ability to adapt to flexibility of life makes one a successful leader” and “if one has the ability to lead, the person must be able to stand in a public and present a manifesto of what he believes.” Dr Sam however emphasized that leadership begins from the house.
Mr. Nicholas Okoye in his presentation said Nigeria is in a dare need of change in some of its policy. First that the “Indigene Clause must go and be replaced with a state of residence” and “The barrier to become a leader in the country is outdated.”
In Donald Duke’s speech, “A leader does not have to be the smartest, he should be humble”. “The best of leaders respect people who do not run after them but tell them what is right.”
Pat Utomi talked about the historical Leadership of Nigerian Leaders and analysis what makes a good leadership. To him, “There is no such thing as a lesser person, people imagine their importance because of the position they hold” which in real sense is a fallacy.  Among the point he alighted was that a leader should have:-

•    Guiding, motivating, setting goals, smoothing relationship in alignment to goals and making pursuit more pleasant.
•    The CVL Tripold. (Centre for Value and Leadership ), that is, a leader most be someone who is knowledgeable and sees learning as an habit, sense of services – others centered behavior.
•    Courage of conviction.
The Studied of Nigerian History was emphasized by Ben Bruce who said lack of adequate knowledge of the past does not help the youth of nowadays to prepare for the future. “Nigeria need to know their past he said”.
